Bringing To Light The Horrors: Controversial Pastor Paul McKenzie's False Doctrines.
Many people in Kenya and beyond have been talking about Paul MacKenzie Nthenge of the Good News International Church for the entirety of the previous week.
Paul Nthenge Mackenzie was the pastor of the Good News International Church in Kenya, a "Message" church that followed William Branham's teachings. Mackenzie "brainwashed" his followers by using Branham's End-Times theology and persuaded them that starvation would speed up their transition from this world to the next so they could spend more time with Jesus.
Since the rescue operation started last week, a total of 58 members have been confirmed dead; the majority of them were found in shallow graves in Shakaola. According to sources, the church was started by Mackenzie and his wife Joyce Mwikamba in 2003 as a small evangelical center.
Detectives in Kenya's homicide section said that the cult started creating mass graves for victims who starved themselves to death following Mackenzie's orders. Detectives discovered one victim buried alive in a grave on April 19, 2023, and an informant told them there were further graves with up to 31 bodies. Four of the 15 malnourished parishioners who were discovered by police on the grounds of the church later passed away. Kilifi County had twelve shallow graves found, and more burials were found as the investigation went on. It's estimated that 100 people are dead.
It is now being known that one of the individuals who sold everything and resigned her careers to join Pastor Mackenzie's Kilifi cult was an air hostess with a high-flying position in Doha, Qatar.
While she was working in Qatar, her son Jason was forced to fast, and he eventually passed away. At the time, he was residing with his grandparents. She is thought to have traveled for the burial after hearing the news while at work in Qatar, but as of now, her whereabouts are unknown. She unexpectedly removed all of her social media posts, sold all of her possessions, and purchased a one-way ticket to Malindi, the village where Pastor Paul's church is located.
She allegedly composed a letter and then departed with the kids for Malindi, according to her husband.
